Juventus to allow £7M-a-season star to join Chelsea, as Tuchel asks for £70M deal

According to latest reports, Juventus will allow Adrien Rabiot to go for a team like Chelsea if they make a move.

We all know Thomas Tuchel wants to freshen up his team in the upcoming transfer window and invest some of the £200 million he will receive on players who will improve the squad.

Tuchel understands he will be able to attract the type of players who will strengthen Chelsea’s present roster, players who have played at the highest level, won championships, and have enough experience to make a significant difference.

Rabiot has been a target for Chelsea for several transfer windows, but they have never been able to complete a deal since the Frenchman has always preferred a bigger club, such as PSG or Juventus.

According to Tuttosport, the door is now open for Chelsea to step in and offer Juventus a substantial sum of money in order to get him to the Premier League, as the Italian giants are eager to get the Frenchman out of the club.

The contract of the 26-year-old does not expire until 2023, but the Bianconeri want his £7 million per year wages off their books this summer.

The fact that the midfielder might be available for as little as £12 million reflects their desire to get him out of the club.

Tuchel wants Jose Gimenez…

According to reports, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel wants to sign Atletico Madrid star Jose Gimenez during the transfer season.

Gimenez is quickly establishing himself as one of the game’s most reliable defenders, receiving interest from Manchester City, Real Madrid, and PSG as a result of his outstanding performances in the Madrid shirt.

Since 2013, the Uruguayan has been with Atletico Madrid, where he has won two La Liga titles as the only team capable of stopping Barcelona and Real Madrid from winning the league.

Chelsea would have to meet and pay a very high price tag for him, approximately £70 million, and he would require convincing that a transfer to the Premier League is the best option for him.

According to sources in the Telegraph, Tuchel has provided a list of objectives to new owner Ted Boehly ahead of the transfer window, with Gimenez being one of them.

Over the last few days, it has been widely reported that Boehly will enable Tuchel to spend close to £200 million in the upcoming transfer window in order to improve crucial sections of the team.
