According to reports, Chelsea left-back Marcos Alonso is keen on ending his time at the club in favour of a switch to Inter Milan after been on the receiving end of a dressing down from Chelsea boss Frank Lampard.
The Spaniard was taken off at halftime last weekend against West Brom after a dismal display in which he was responsible for two of the three goals Chelsea conceded.
Having been subbed at the break, Alonso then opted to return to the team bus rather than watch the second half.
Lampard was reportedly angry with Alonso’s decision to return to the team bus and slammed the Spaniard in front of his teammates.
Alonso has now made the decision to leave Chelsea and is hopeful of securing a move to Inter Milan, according to Daily Mirror.
Inter Milan boss Antonio Conte is reportedly keen on reuniting with Alonso at Inter Milan.
