Marian receives £350,000-a-week La-Liga star transfer message, as Blues still working on €150m bid
Fresh reports have again claimed that Chelsea target Philippe Coutinho has been told that he is free to leave Barcelona this summer
Coutinho was one of the most gifted players in the Premier League with Liverpool and the Reds helped mould the Brazilian into one of the very best players in world football.
That ultimately led to him making that big money move to sign with Barcelona, a move that was supposed to make him an absolute superstar in the game. But for many reasons, he has failed to make the impact that many people had expected.
That has led to alot of reports in the media that he is very open to the idea of making a mega money move back to the Premier League, where there are a number of clubs that are reportedly interested in a transfer deal.
Spanish publication Todofichajes have claimed Barca no longer cares about receiving a transfer fee for Coutinho, but they simply have to get rid of him.
And that has opened the door for Chelsea to swoop in and offer him a move to the Emirates
The midfielder has been a long-term target for the Blues and with Tuchel seeking to add a bit more quality, creativity and world class ability to the squad, this may be the best chance that Chelsea have of getting a deal done
Chelsea working on €150m bid for Erling Haaland
Chelsea are working on a €150m offer for Erling Haaland, according to The Hard Tackle via ESPN FC’s Transfer Show. The Blues are desperate to add a new number nine to their ranks this summer and have made the Norwegian their number one target.
However, pricing him away from Borussia Dortmund will not be a walk in the park, which is why the Premier League side are ready to make the Bundesliga giants an offer they cannot refuse.
Haaland has a lot of admirers around Europe, but Chelsea are leading the race for his signature this summer. The Norwegian has a release clause in the region of €75m which will come to play next summer.
The Blues are ready to test Dortmund’s resolve by offering them twice that amount. However, that might not be enough to change the Bundesliga side’s decision, as they remain determined to keep hold of their prized asset. Chelsea have identified alternate targets to pursue if the deal fails to materialize.
