Marina to make last attempt to sign £68million La Liga star in coming days
Chelsea are making a last ditch attempt to secure Jules Kounde from Sevilla, This According to Spanish media outlet AS.
The Blues had earlier offered Kurt Zouma plus cash for the 22 year old pacey defender but Zouma wasn’t interested in joining the Spanish side.

It is believed the Blues will try to negotiate with Sevilla one more time before the transfer window closes at the end of August.
Sevilla are reportedly demanding a deal that is straight cash – between £55 million and £68 million.
The Blues may have to sell some fringe squad players to raise the funds for the transfer.
