‘Medical done, announcement tomorrow’– as Marina set to announce Chelsea second summer signing
Finally, Chelsea are now getting very close to announcing Romelu Lukaku as their new striker this summer.
However, according to the reliable Goal reporter, Nizaar Kinsella, Chelsea are ‘on course for an announcement tomorrow’ as reports flood in on his medical now being completed.
Lukaku was spotted leaving his medical in a car in Milan today, and reliable reports have since confirmed the main part has now been completed.
Nizaar expects Chelsea to announce him tomorrow, and The Athletic have confirmed he will be flying into London later today or tomorrow, which is in line with that report from Nizaar.

Romano also confirmed the medical, and he expects the official announcement to come in the next few days, perhaps leaving it a little more open than other sources to be safe.

But the bottom line is that it is all but done now and Chelsea have pretty much re-signed Lukaku!
