Chelsea defeated Nottingham Forest, Hull City and Liverpool to reach this stage, while Manchester United have made their way past Wolverhampton Wanderers, Tranmere Rovers, Derby County and Norwich City in the FA Cup this season.
Meanwhile Arsenal will meet Manchester City or Newcastle United in the other tie, with both games being played at Wembley Stadium on the weekend of Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 July.
