Report: £100m-rated Chelsea top target rejects contract offers with club as he wants Stamford Bridge move

Here we go, another Huge Blow for West Ham as their top player Declan Rice has rejected two contract offers from his club.

The England international has been seriously linked to Stamford Bridge since Frank Lampard’s time at Chelsea as the Former Chelsea boss was also keen to sign Rice.

Meanwhile, according to The Telegraph via Daily Mail,  Declan Rice is keen on a move to Stamford Bridge after rejecting two contract offers from West Ham.

The 22-year-old has become a key part of Gareth Southgate’s England team after his excellent form for West Ham and his stock has risen further in the last month due to his fine performances at Euro 2020.

Rice’s West Ham contract has three more years left with an option of another year but the midfielder wants to play Champions League football next season.

Former Blues boss Frank Lampard wanted to sign Rice last summer, with the club not as keen on a deal, but it is believed that his successor Thomas Tuchel is a big fan of Rice too.

lastly, West Ham has reportedly value Rice at £100million but the England international would be disappointed if the club reject any offers of £60m or over.
