According to Spanish outlet Cuatro via Standard Sport, Chelsea are among the clubs interested in signing Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
The Argentine player has been heavily linked with a move away from Barcelona following their humiliating 8-2 Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich.
Manchester United Inter Milan, Inter Miami and Manchester City are also in the race for the Barcelona star.
Despite Messi’s desire to leave Barcelona, newly-appointed Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman and president Josep Maria Bartomeu have both insisted Messi remains in the club’s plans.
Messi’s contract doesn’t expire until next summer and Barcelona are reportedly only willing to let him leave if his £630 million release clause is met.
