REPORT: Chelsea player prepared to leave club this week after Arsenal victory

However, Zouma has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer as reports claims the defender could leave this week.
According to reports, Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma is prepared to move to West Ham United.
Having initially resisted the prospect, Zouma has now agreed personal terms with the Irons, reports Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira.
The 26 year-old defender has agreed a deal to 2026.
Zouma has also been interesting Tottenham, though now appears set to join the Irons.
The France international is now set to join West Ham in an outright transfer.
