Since his appointment as Juventus boss, Maurizio Sarri has been linked with Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.

Jorginho is an integral part of Sarri’s famous football style, Sarri-ball, and the Italian was the one who brought Jorginho to Stamford Bridge from Napoli.

Sarri is keen on a reunion with Jorginho in Juve, and the Italian champions do not want to spend massively on player signings according to reports. Rather, they’re willing to offload Miralem Pjanic as part of a player-plus-cash deal for the Chelsea midfielder.

According to Metro, despite Pjanic’s first-team status, he has emerged as one of Juve’s most tradeable players due to his age and his willingness to leave the club this summer for a new challenge.

Meanwhile, it’s yet to be seen if Chelsea boss Frank Lampard will be interested in such a deal, as he sees Jorginho as an important player for him in midfield.
