Todd Boehly, the new owner of Chelsea, has a lot of work ahead of him, and the American millionaire will undoubtedly have to pick up new skills on the job.

Boehly has a big responsibility assisting Thomas Tuchel find his players for the upcoming season since Marina Granovskaia and Petr Cech will be leaving their positions at the end of the month.

Since the club’s sporting directors have historically been in charge of player transfers, Todd Boehly operates under the idea of letting the manager select the team’s players.

This summer’s Chelsea targets have a different appearance than what we’re used to.

The Blues’ alternatives now include Matthijs de Ligt, Nathan Ake, Jules Kounde, and Napoli center defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

“Been told there are conversations also on Koulibaly alongside de Ligt, Aké, Koundé. Focus on Raphinha, and then centre backs.”
