Barcelona has established itself as the king of free transfers, having signed a slew of top players in the last year.

Chelsea is reportedly interested in Ousmane Dembele of Barcelona.
Following the expiration of his contract at the Nou Camp, Dembele will be available on a free transfer, and Chelsea would like to make a statement with this signing.
According to the Sun, Chelsea would try to outbid other clubs for Dembele’s signature by offering him a lucrative contract.
