Spanish player looking to sign Chelsea contract, 27goals in 25games player wants £300,000-a-week to sign for Chelsea, as Tuchel makes striker admission

left-back Marcos Alonso is open to the idea of signing a contract at Chelsea.

While Frank Lampard was in charge of this side, Alonso struggled to make an impact under the club legend, and was heavily tipped to leave the club last summer, and then again in the January window, although he couldnt get that transfer away.

However, the Spaniards team have reportedly been working on trying to get him a move away from the club at the end of the season, with a number of clubs from Italy and Spain eyeing up a potential transfer deal.

However, reports on the SUN website have now revealed that Alosno is hoping that he can agree a one-year contract extension at the Bridge, after a complete turnaround of fortunes under Tuchel.

While Lampard was at the club, Alonso only made three appearances this season, however, since the arrival of Tuchel, the Spaniard has already made six appearances in the last month, and has started their last three games which included the 1-1 draw at Southampton.

He also made an instant impact after marking his first game under the new boss with a goal in the home win over Burnley.

Look, Alonso is a very good player to have in the squad as he never really lets the side down, and if Ben Chilwell is not performing at the standard that Tuchel likes, then Alonso will.

Thomas Tuchel has opened up and admitted that there is no decision on the future of Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud just yet.

He is out of contract at the end of the season, and there has been alot of talk about whether or not he will stay at the club, especially with rumours that Tuchel may seek to add another forward to his attack in the transfer window.

Now, amid all the talk, Tuchel has come out and addresses the rumours, Tuchel >spoke before the game against the Saints over the weekend and said “No decisions made, because it’s too soon to make these decisions, too soon in the season, and I don’t have enough time to make these decisions because I just started three weeks ago.

“We need more time to get to know the group better and better and everybody deserves more time to show their value for the group. What I can say is that, until now, I am super happy that he is here.

“He is one of the top strikers in the box, he’s physically strong, he has an incredible first touch when he takes balls directly. He is very, very strong on that. He is very strong on headers.

“He had an amazing game against Newcastle. He is very, very strong, very, very positive in training, very impressive, and right now he plays a key role in the squad, where a lot of young offensive players play.

“He is a key figure, maybe not because he plays everywhere for 96 minutes, but the way he behaves and with his experience daily so far the last three weeks. He has a huge impact in a most positive way that we can wish, and this is what I can say.

“So I am very happy that he is here, and from there, we will arrive at decisions, but it is too soon.”

Chelsea target Erling Haaland wants a basic wage of around £300,000-a-week in the summer

Over the past few seasons, Haaland has established himself as one of the most deadly strikers in world football and has been breaking all sorts of records in the Bundesliga, and the Champions League.

That has led to alot of reports on the media that we are interested in trying to sign up the hitman in the summer transfer window, as the club seek to add a new striker to their squads.

Reports have suggested that Dortmund would not like to sell Haaland in the transfer window and are hoping to keep the talented young man, but they would be willing to let him leave if that £78 million asking price is met.

And The Daily Star claims he wants a five-year deal that would see him net a basic wage of £300,000 per week.

Look, if the reports are true and that is the amount of money that Dortmund want for a player that already has the ability to bang in over 30 goals a season, and has the ability to play for the next ten years, then a deal should get struck.

He really is a special talent that will play for one of the games biggest clubs, and it will be very interesting to see just what club he decides to join, as they all have the financial ability to pay his asking price and then pay him that high wage.

And fans would love to see him at the Bridge every week right?
