They should look back on them – Reece James blast referee after 2-2 draw against Spurs
In the London derby game versus Tottenham, Reece James excelled.
James scored the game-winning goal in the 77th minute for Chelsea, who were by much the superior team and had two of the game’s leads.
The Blues defender criticized the referee’s performance after the game and questioned their motivation after Spurs scored two disputed goals.
Reece James told Match of the Day 2: “I think we should have won the game.
“There were two arguable goals for them. I think the referees and the fourth official need to look back on them. It’s frustrating for us when you deserve to win the game.
“I don’t know what they [the officials] were looking at, but we have to take the positives from the game. We were all over them throughout the game.
“I love scoring and I was in the right position. I just like helping the team as much as I can.”
