Thiago Silva loves him! as Chelsea finally identify Brazilian player as Rudiger’s replacement
According to latest report, Chelsea have reportedly identified a former teammate of Thiago Silva as a replacement for Antonio Rudiger.
However, The Blues are considering a move for Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos, this is according to reports from Fichajes.
Chelsea are reportedly searching for replacements for Rudiger, who is yet to extend his Chelsea contract which expires at the end of the season.
Marquinhos was a teammate of Thiago Silva at PSG and played under Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel at PSG too.
The Brazilian centre-back recently admitted the Blues tried to sign him last summer and it seems Chelsea remain interested in the defender.
With Rudiger and Andreas Christensen yet to sign new contracts at Stamford Bridge, the Blues are ready to raid Parc des Princes for the proven Brazil international.
