Tuchel finally responds to Eden Hazard possible move to Chelsea
The latest saga on ground is Eden Hazard returned to Stamford Bridge after the Belgium international claims he’s not happy at Real Madrid.
However, according to Spanish TV El Chirnguito, Eden Hazard is reportedly set to quit Real Madrid and wants to re-join Chelsea,
Hazard has been struck with numerous injuries since arriving in Madrid in 2019 from Chelsea, but he allegedly now wants to put that nightmare behind him and return to another club he loves dearly, Chelsea.
Sky Sports has revealed that Real Madrid are now willing to listen to offers for Hazard this summer, so will Chelsea go for him?
Well, although it seems highly unrealistic to me, with Chelsea’s transfer priorities not matching this link, but I certainly wouldn’t rule out a return if it was for a cheap-ish fee, or even a loan move.
Thomas Tuchel loves him and so do many inside Chelsea, according to The Blues boss himself, who was speaking recently when Chelsea faced Real Madrid, as reported by Football London.
In a timely reminder of these words, Tuchel said:
“He is a top quality player and a key player for many years at this club and this league, the hardest in the world.
“So consistent. I have the biggest respect for him. He is a big player, we have many people here who know him well.
“He was a key player for this club now he plays for Real Madrid.”
