Callum Hudson-Odoi has taken to his official Twitter account to reassure the Chelsea fans around the globe that he is doing well, despite having tested positive for the deadly Covid-19 virus.
The 19-year-old was sent home from Chelsea’s Cobham training centre on Monday after displaying ‘cold-like’ symptoms and he thereafter self-isolated himself, as per the health guidelines issued by the government.
Medical reports on Thursday confirmed that the youngster is a positive case of Covid-19, with Hudson-Odoi becoming the first PL player to contract the deadly virus.
However, CHO looks pretty fine in the video and he even goes as far as to say that he has ‘recovered’ from the virus.
A strong lad and a true fighter, indeed!
Thank you for all your good wishes, as I said in the video I’m feeling good and hope to see you all soon!!🙏🏾❤️ pic.twitter.com/hn5d0ikm60
