Willian sets an ‘Incredible’ Premier League record after scoring brace against West Ham

Chelsea number 10 Willian scored twice as the Blues lost 3-2 to West Ham at the London Stadium on Wednesday night.

However, Willian set a Premier League record after he scored a brace in the 3-2 defeat to West Ham on Wednesday.

The Brazilian became the first player in Premier League history to score a Premier League goal in every month of the year.

Meanwhile, Willian was disappointed with Chelsea’s inability to beat West Ham on Wednesday night. “It’s very disappointing,” Willian said.

“The plan was to win the game and we missed a chance to go third. At least we have a game on Saturday to win at home. It’s not a time to complain. We have to win on Saturday.

“We have to play every game as a final, and fight to get into the Champions League places.

“We deserve to finish in the top four. Sometimes we have gone up and down, but I think we deserve to be there and we have to keep that position.”
