Chelsea board set to complete massive £137m double transfer signing of World-Class players

Chelsea already have £137m in the bank ready to spend on transfer this summer. The Blues have been under restriction of a transfer ban, which they were finally freed of in January following a successful appeal and currently Roman Abramovich is ready to make amends.

He has already given the Chelsea boss ‘Super Frank Lampard a huge boost by adding the Moroccan striker ‘Hakim Ziyech’ with the Ajax star man set to join up with his new team mates on July 1.

Chelsea board have offered a contract to Bayer Leverkusen sensation Kai Havertz, it has been claimed. The Blues have set their sights on the Germany international after completing a deal for Hakim Ziyech and agreeing terms with Timo Werner.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is eager to further strengthen his attacking options ahead of next season and the club have set their sights on Havertz.

The 20-year-old is hot property after netting five goals in four appearances since the Bundesliga resumed play last month.

Timo Werner looks set to follow with Chelsea ready to pay his £52million release clause. Many have already questioned how that may affect the rest of Chelsea’s summer spending.
