After Chelsea and Inter Milan reached an agreement on a transaction of £12.6 million plus an additional £4.2 million in possible add-ons, the coveted talent took a flight to London on Wednesday.
Within the next 24 hours, he will agree to a six-year contract with Chelsea.
When asked if he was excited about the move to Chelsea, Casadei said: “Yes, I’m very ready to start.”
He was also asked if he was ready for a new adventure, he responded: “Yes, I’m always ready”.
