Premier League makes fresh Anthony Taylor decision after petition to stop him from refereeing any Chelsea match

Thomas Tuchel, the manager of Chelsea, criticized Anthony Taylor for his officiating during the Premier League match against Tottenham.

Anthony Taylor has never been well-liked by Chelsea supporters, and his standing at Stamford Bridge decreased further after he was appointed to oversee Chelsea’s match versus Tottenham.

Avenging Chelsea supporters demanded that Anthony Taylor never again referee a Chelsea game after the 2-2 draw with Spurs.

However, The petition, started by an account named CFC DuBois, read: “Anthony Taylor has continued to make big decisions against Chelsea over the years in big matches.

“Taylor has an agenda against Chelsea and should not be allowed to referee a game involving the club again.”

The petition listed other times where Chelsea were on the receiving end by Taylor.

However, according to the Daily Mail, the Football Association have no immediate plans to ban Taylor from Chelsea games.

As things stand, Taylor will be allowed to officiate any game involving the Blues with no special rules in place. So, Chelsea fans should get used to seeing Anthony Taylor take charge of Chelsea’s games.
