Chelsea and the fans have so much missed the presence of Eden Hazard at Chelsea.
However, the Belgian international played his last Chelsea game in a 4-1 victory against Arsenal in the final of the 2018/2019 Europa League.
After which the Chelsea legend announced of his departure as he went on to join Real Madrid where things haven’t really gone his way.
Despite his struggling spell at Los Blancos, the 30-year-old is one so much respected and loved at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard also left a write up with his signature on the shirt stating; ‘For my Chelsea Family, this is for you.’
The former Lille man has of lately been linked to a move back to Stamford Bridge with the Summer window already going by.
