‘Is not over, but only on one condition’ — Mason Mount reveals why Chelsea can still win the Premier league title
Recent poor results have seen Chelsea drop from topping the league to 3rd and 6 points off the leaders Manchester City.
However, Chelsea boy Mason Mount is a Blue through and through, and he has been dubbed ‘the boy who had a dream.
Well, Mount believes Chelsea can still win the Premier league title but says much focus is needed and to get accurate results in all matches.
Surely, the future captain of Chelsea and one with a big dream, Mount has revealed that he hasn’t given up on the title just yet, and is backing the team to bounce back and fight for the league.
Mount said: “When you are putting that pressure on yourself to win the Premier League, every game brings pressure, every point counts.”
“We were top for a bit, we draw some games and we drop down to third. That shows that if you drop points, the race can be over very quickly.
“The title has always been our goal. We want to be up there. More than ever this season, we feel like we have a big chance. We can definitely do it.
“We have the confidence. But we need to be humble and focused too. We need to keep doing the basics well.”
