In Chelsea’s final game of the season, against Watford, Thomas Tuchel offered Kenedy a rare chance.
The Brazilian was recalled from Flamengo on a season-long loan to cover for the injured Ben Chilwell. Thomas Tuchel, on the other hand, persisted with Marcos Alonso, preferring Malang Sarr at times.
Chelsea fans took to social media after Kenedy’s excellent performance against Watford, wondering why he was never given an opportunity in the team.
