‘Not far away’ – Chelsea finally reach agreement to sign new world class powerhouse defender
Chelsea appears to be on the verge of bringing in a top-tier defender who will more than adequately fill Antonio Rudiger’s shoes this summer.
In my opinion, Kalidou Koulibaly is actually a BETTER player than Rudiger and will be an enhancement rather than merely a substitute.

One thing is certain: they all claim that a deal is now close. Chelsea is attempting to get the Napoli defender for just £34 million, which is a price that seems absurdly low.
The Senegal international has been offered a new contract by Napoli, but according to Jacob Steinbrug, who is dependable, Chelsea will make him a better deal.
