REPORT: £100,000 a-week Chelsea forward decides to sign for Roma this summer

According to Spanish publication AS, Chelsea’s Spanish winger Pedro has made a decision to leave the club at the end of the season after five years at Stamford Bridge.

Pedro’s contract at Chelsea will expire at the end of the season and the 32 year old winger has reportedly decided to sign for Italian club Roma as a free agent.

He has opted to join Roma despite attracting interest from four other sides, including Serie A giants Juventus, Sevilla, Valencia and Real Betis – according to Mundo Deportivo.

Pedro has made 201 appearances for Chelsea since joining the club from Spanish giants Barcelona and has won the Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League with the Blues.

This season, the Spaniard has contributed two goals and three assists in 18 matches across all competitions for the Blues.
