REPORT: Chelsea and AC Milan failed to reach an agreement for top midfielder

According to Italian media outlet Tuttosport, Chelsea and AC Milan have failed to reach an agreement on transfer terms for Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.

The Blues reportedly want a loan deal for Bakayoko with an obligation to buy set at €30 million, while the Rossoneri want a loan with an option to buy or an obligation at a lower price.

The Blues are keen to offload Bakayoko this summer as Chelsea boss Frank Lampard doesn’t see a future for the Frenchman at Chelsea and AC Milan are keen on signing the midfielder.

Meanwhile, Bakayoko has spoken about his future, as he reveals that his aim is to return to AC Milan, where he had a good time on loan.

“Everyone knows that Milan is in my heart and I have good memories,” Bakayoko told Tuttomercatoweb. “At the moment I’m a Chelsea player, then we’ll see in football.”
