‘Sell Pulisic, Get him now for January’ ‘He plays like Hazard’ – Fans reacts after 27-years-old Belgian star reveals interest in Chelsea move
According to reports, Leandro Trossard, a winger for Brighton, has indicated interest in reuniting with Graham Potter, his previous coach, at Chelsea.
However, The Belgian international did state that he would be enthusiastic in moving to Stamford Bridge, but he emphasized that a move would be contingent on his being assured of playing for the first team:
“Our coach did leave for Chelsea now but speculation about me following him makes no sense. If the opportunity arises, I want to go. But I want to play and not sit on the bench.”
However, Fans on Twitter are very much behind making an approach for Trossard. While there are those who feel he doesn’t possess the quality to improve the squad, most believe he could compete for a place in the starting lineup:
Trossard does know Potter’s system very well, and his ability to play in a number of positions would make him a useful squad player. During his time at the Seagulls, he has been deployed as a winger, wingback and a number nine
It remains to be seen, though, whether Potter would be interested in signing the 27-year-old, considering he does already have plenty of options in wide areas.
Below are fans reaction:
@Jay_Isaaq: Its Trossard to Chelsea then …bring him in
